Long Jump Practise


   We have doing some long jump and this is where I am at the moment:
  • I am consistent where my feet leave the mat.
  • I can land in the same place in the pit every time.
What I am aiming for:
  • Make sure I count my steps back.
  • High arms in mid-air.
  • Land in the same place in the pit every time.
  • High knees when I'm about to land.
